EXTRA TIME: Watch Hlatshwayo on 5km walk while Cape Town City places GPS trackers on players

Also among the social media highlights of the day, there's a video of Banyana Banyana training in their Ennerdale camp, near Johannesburg

South African captain Thulani Hlatshwayo was at the MTN 5km walk.

Orlando Pirates defender Happy Jele was also there and has a medal to show for his efforts... of walking.

Maybe Cape Town City want to keep a close eye on their players so they got them on GPS control. Seriously, City's using this initiative to aid with their latest training techniques.

They won't be walking too far without the club knowing where they're at.
