Yanga striker, Obrey Chirwa has admitted that Simba Ugandan striker, Emmanuel Okwi is probably going to win the Player of the Year award.
Chirwa conceded that although the League has not yet ended but when you look at the contribution Okwi has made to his team in terms of goals and assists you can't argue with him scooping the award.
Speaking to Goal , Chirwa said that he knows that his team is going through a bad spell with problems on and off the pitch, but all players are committed to the club.

“In my opinon Okwi deserves to be the player of the year because he has helped his team to win the title, also he has scored more goals than any other player this season,” said Chirwa.
