Bandari appoint Paul Nkata replacement

Bandari has elevated assistant coach Ken Odhiambo to the position of head of technical bench after parting ways with Paul Nkata.

Bandari’s Board of Trustee confirmed the new changes on Friday after relieving the Ugandan of his role just one year into the job.

“We wish to confirm coach Ken Odhiambo as the new head coach of Bandari Football Club. Coach Odhiambo assumes his duties with immediate effect," said a member of the Board of Trustee.

Nkata joined Bandari last January after guiding Tusker to a double; winning both the league and GOtv Shield titles.

He, however, failed to replicate the achievement with the Dockers who finished a distant10t in the just ended Kenyan Premier League season with 43 points.

Nkata won only 12 of 34 matches; drawing seven and losing 15 matches.
