The Italian club have reportedly asked about conditions for a deal, as they look to strengthen their wide options before the transfer window closes. George has also drawn interest from RB Leipzig and several Premier League clubs.

Fulham were ready to pay £22 million ($30m) for George, while the Blues were negotiating a sell-on clause that would have allowed them to potentially profit more from the 19-year-old in the future.
