The three-time DP World Tour champion now holds a four-shot advantage with just 18 holes remaining, setting his sights on a maiden PGA Tour victory. Meanwhile, World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler struggled to build momentum, carding a 69 to reach 12 under, leaving him five shots adrift of the leader.
Rory McIlroy, ranked second in the world, fared better than Scheffler with a third-round 65, yet he still faces an eight-shot deficit heading into Sunday.
Lee will tee off in the final pairing at 1:01 p.m. ET, alongside Alejandro Tosti and Ryan Fox, as he looks to close out a career-defining win.
