Ninje praises Ngorongoro Heroes victories

The two games are part of the team's preparation ahead of their AFCON qualifying fixture against DR Congo

Tanzania U20 (Ngorongoro Heroes) head coach Ammy Ninje is delighted with the performance of his young boys in the two friendly matches they have played before their AFCON qualifying tie with DRC Congo on March 31.

Ninje who was appointed as interim boss early this month led the Ngorongoro Heroes to two victories against Morocco and Mozambique.

The two games were part of the team's preparation ahead of their AFCON qualifying first leg tie were Ngorongoro will host DR Congo.

Speaking to Goal , Ninje said that the boys performed realy well in those matches and he is happy because they have gotten on well together despite the short time the team has been together.

“We have only been together for a short time but the boys have clicked well within the formation, this gives me hope of doing well in the coming matches” said Ninje.
