Latest Transfer Odds: Harry Maguire cut to evens to join Manchester United

Harry Maguire has been cut to even money (2.0) to join Manchester United ahead of the start of the Premier League season.

The Leicester City defender has been the subject of a host of transfer rumours since his performance at the World Cup, and was previously as short as 1/2 (1.50) with William Hill to join the Red Devils.

However, interest from United appeared to have waned as they were reportedly put off by the transfer fee and just one week ago, the 20-time league champions were out at 4/1 (5.0) to sign Maguire.

The England centre-back allegedly wants a move to Manchester and with the transfer window closing on Thursday night, the Red Devils may pull out all the stops to get their man.

United and Leicester face off in the opening match of the Premier League season on Friday night, providing an even more intriguing part of the saga.

William Hill also offer 8/11 (1.73) that Maguire stays at the King Power Stadium, and is certainly a possibility considering the Foxes have rejected big offers for Riyad Mahrez and Jamie Vardy in recent years.

It is no secret that United have been after a centre-back all summer and they also have interest in Toby Alderweireld and Yerry Mina, with a deal allegedly in place for the former.

As such, it is little surprise that the Belgium defender is just 4/9 (1.44) to sign for the Red Devils, although it is worth noting that the report also states Tottenham will not sell him until they have a replacement.

Barcelona offered Mina to United as part of an ambitious deal to land Paul Pogba, but that was rejected and the Colombian is 2/1 (3.0) to move to Old Trafford.

Mina still looks set to be on the move and is 4/6 (1.67) to join Everton, whilst William Hill price him at a huge 8/1 (9.0) to stay with the La Liga champions.
