Patrice Evra has been celebrating his 36th birthday as only he knows how, with the former Manchester United defender in excitable mood on social media.

The Marseille full-back likes to make the most of Mondays at the best of times, but he has added motivation on May 15.

Despite turning another year older, with a distinguished career edging towards a close, the France international remains as excitable as ever and still very much “loves this game”.

Fortunately for Evra, he decided to film his Instagram video while stationary in his car.

After admitting that he “can’t breathe” as he gets increasingly worked up, the ex-Monaco and Juventus star then climbs through his sunroof and back in through his door.

There is also the customary singing and dancing, with Evra making a mockery of his veteran status as he continues to raise the bar when it comes to revelling in every day as a professional footballer.
