Barcelona travel to Alaves in the Primera Division on Saturday just a few days after both teams secured their place in the final of the Copa del Rey.
The Catalans edged out Atletico Madrid 3-2 on aggregate, while the Basques beat Celta Vigo 1-0 over two legs to advance to the cup showpiece on May 27.
But back in La Liga, Barca will be a seeking a win to move provisionally top of the table ahead of Real Madrid's match away to Osasuna later on Saturday, with Los Blancos having played two fewer fixtures than the Blaugrana due to their participation in the Club World Cup and their postponed game at Celta last weekend.
Both Andres Iniesta and Sergio Busquets returned from injury from the bench in the 1-1 draw against Atletico at Camp Nou on Tuesday night and the two midfielders are in contention for a start at Mendizorrotza on Saturday.
Rafinha could also be available after missing the midweek game with a nasal fracture. However, Javier Mascherano is definitely out after picking up a hamstring strain in the second half of the Copa clash versus Diego Simeone's side on Tuesday.
Gerard Pique and Arda Turan are both doubtful after missing training on Friday.
Luis Suarez will miss the Copa del Rey final against Alaves after picking up a two-match ban for the red card he was shown in the 1-1 draw with Atletico on Tuesday night, but the Uruguayan striker will be available for the Liga meeting at Mendizorrotza.
Neymar, who sat out the game against Atletico, returns from a one-match suspension in the cup competition and should start on Saturday.
BARCELONA POTENTIAL STARTING LINE-UP
Jasper Cillessen is Barcelona's goalkeeper in the Copa del Rey this term and the Dutchman had a great game against Atleti, but Marc-Andre ter Stegen will return between the posts on Saturday.
Javier Mascherano is out, so Samuel Umtiti should partner Gerard Pique (if he is fit) in central defence, while Andres Iniesta and Sergio Busquets could return to the starting line-up.
However, coach Luis Enrique may decide to rotate once again in what will be his side's 12th match in 38 days since the winter break.
ALAVES TEAM NEWS
Alaves surprisingly beat Barcelona at Camp Nou earlier on this season in a 2-1 win which featured goals from Deyverson and Ibai.
Barca and Alaves will meet in the final of the Copa del Rey on May 27 after the two teams advanced this week, the Basques with a hard-fought 1-0 win at home to Celta Vigo following a goalless game at Balaidos in the first leg.
