Just a day earlier, Leavitt had been listed as probable, so this late update adds a new layer of uncertainty for ASU fans.
If Leavitt can't suit up in Salt Lake City, all eyes turn to veteran backup Jeff Sims. Sims isn’t exactly green—he’s started 26 games in his career, including one with ASU, two at Nebraska, and 23 at Georgia Tech—so the Sun Devils won’t be completely lost without Leavitt.
