  • WHAT HAPPENED?

During the match, a group of actors seated right behind Chelsea's dugout at Stamford Bridge performed a number of odd stunts to promote the film. They stood up and read a page from a book before looking at their watches for the first 20 minutes of the game before bizarrely brushing their teeth. Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino was also photographed with an Argylle patch on the shoulder of his coat. The movie comes from the production house owned by Chelsea chief, Todd Boehly.

  • WHAT POCHETTINO SAID

Speaking after the game, Pochettino said: "I was aware. It didn't impact the spectacle. Football is open to many different businesses and many things can happen. It did not affect the professionals on the pitch. It's nice for the fans, nice to see the promotion of the film and Argylle looks very good. Hope they will invite me to the premiere."

Indeed, Cole Palmer's penalty was enough for Pochettino's side to narrowly grab their second victory of the year.
