Yanga will improve in the second round says Lwandamina

Yanga Head Coach George Lwandamina is confident that the team's fortunes will improve in the second half of the league once all of the injured players have returned to action.

Speaking to Goal the Zambian Coach revealed that despite injuries to his key men, they still have performed well and are among the top teams in the first round.

“I know there are many people out there who are skeptical on whether we will be able to retain the league title this season, I assure them that everything will be under control in the next round when our key players who were nursing injuries recover and return to the pitch,” said Lwandamina.

The Zambian Coach was not on the technical bench during the last two matches between his team and Ruvu Shooting and Mwadui FC due to the expiry if his working permit. He is however expected to lead the team during the upcoming encounter with Azam FC on Saturday.
