Sickness 'bug' hit Harambee Stars Cecafa camp

Sofapaka defender, Wesley Onguso  has been called to Harambee Stars Cecafa squad as more withdrawal continues to hit Kenyan camp ahead of Sunday's kick off.

Onguso is the latest to be called to the camp as a replacment for Ulinzi Stars'  Omar Mbongi who has been taken ill.

Mbongi joins the growing list of players who have withdrawn from the regional championship set to kick off on Sunday in Machakos, Mumias and Kakamega Counties.

Others who have since withdrawn from Stars camp for various reasons are Gor Mahia duo Kenneth Muguna (thigh strain) and defender Harun Shakava.

Injured shakava was replaced Zoo Kericho's Isaac Kipyegon.

Kenya is set to kick off Cecafa with a tough game against Rwanda on December 3 at Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos.
