Ndung’u, Kiongera start for AFC Leopards against Gor Mahia

Ingwe have unleashed a strong squad to tackle K’Ogalo in ‘Mashemeji’ derby

AFC Leopards head coach Stewart Hall has named his finest 18-man squad to play against Gor Mahia in a 'Mashemeji' derby set for Sunday at Nyayo stadium as from 3:00pm.

Midfielder Samuel Ndung’u will get his second starting berth as forward Paul Kiongera, who was present when AFC Leopards fell 0-2 to Gor Mahia in their recent league meeting, partner Ghanaian striker Gilbert Fiamenyo upfront.

Other players with the ‘Mashemeji’ derby experience named in the starting lineup include defender Joshua Mawira and skipper Bernard Mang’oli.

Ian Otieno will be alert in goal. 

AFC Leopards: Ian Otieno, Joshua Mawira, Robinson Kamura, Samuel Ndung'u, Abdalla Salim, Duncan Otieno, Bernard Mang’oli, Allan Kateregga, Whyvonne Isuza, Paul Kiongera and Gilbert Fiamenyo.

Subs: Gabriel Andika, Marcus Abwao, Yakubu Ramadhan, Mike Kibwage, Andrew Tololwa, Haron Nyakha and Marcellus Ingotsi.
