Kerala Blasters slumped to a 1-1 draw in their third home game of the Indian Super League (ISL) season. Mark Sifneos put the home side into the lead in the first half before Balwant Singh equalised in the 77th minute.

However, one of the main talking points from the game was Chekiyot Kizhakkeveettil Vineeth’s sending off in the 89th minute.

He got his first yellow card in the 80th minute for a foul on Abhinash Ruidas.

Eight minutes later, he was booked by the referee once again for a dive inside the box which capped off a poor performance from the former Bengaluru FC player.
