PSL fans were upset and angry that there wasn't enough respect shown toward the two supporters who passed away during the stadium stampede

The most common complaint from followers on Twitter is that the match continued 'as if nothing had happened'.

Here's how the supporters of Kaizer Chiefs, Orlando Pirates and PSL fans from around the country responded.

We also include positive statements made by Safa, the players and Amakhosi coach Steve Komphela. First, here's what Komphela had to say after the game.

"Before one can even talk about the game, we have to send our deepest condolences to the souls that were lost at this game.

"We'd also like to wish a speedy recovery to those who are injured and it doesn't matter how we feel even after this great result. May those families be given strength and may God Almighty be with them and give them more strength to pass this period," said Komphela.
