Bandari lose to Nzoia Sugar as Chemelil Sugar floor Wazito FC

Bandari FC suffered another defeat on the road after falling to Nzoia Sugar at Sudi Stadium.

The only goal for the Bernard Mwalala led side came in the 14th minute courtesy of Victor Omondi. Despite a series of attacks from the Dockers, Nzoia managed to hold on for an important win.

Sony Sugar denied Sofapaka a chance to bag maximum points and reduce the gap between them and leaders Mathare United, who had earlier been beaten by Posta Rangers.

The post-Sam Sam Ssimbwa era started well for Batoto ba Mungu, as goalkeeper Mathias Kigonya scored from the sport after half an hour mark to give his side the lead.

Sony however, had other intentions and after good fight back, managed to level the scores courtesy of David Simiyul in the 77th minute through a penalty as well. The sugar millers had to finish the match with ten men after the dismissal of Samuel Olare.

At Camp Toyoyo, Wazito suffered a 3-1 loss in the hands of Chemelil Sugar while ten men Thika United managed to get a barren draw against Ulinzi Stars.
