Marseille want Aboubakar as Gomes replacement

Marseille are reported to have made another bid for Porto’s Cameroon international forward Vincent Aboubakar.

The Ligue 1 side are still on the lookout for a replacement for Bafetimbi Gomes who was sold to Galatasaray this summer and have lodged yet another bid for Aboubakar.

Fanatik reported that Marseille had another 15 million euros bid for the 25-year-old turned down by Porto who are asking for 20 million euros.

Aboubakar, who had a fantastic season in Besiktas last campaign has shown no signs of slowing down as he’s scored four goals in his first for appearances for the Dragons.

The attacker is currently on international duty with the Indomitable Lions ahead of their much anticipated 2018 World Cup Qualifier clash against Nigeria in Uyo on Friday.
