Forwards Paulo Dybala and Leon Bailey are still recovering from injuries, while Edoardo Bove is dealing with heart problems.
Mario Hermoso, who was out with a calf issue, and Brazilian wing-back Wesley, who had the flu, both rejoined the squad on Wednesday and are believed to be available for selection.
There should be a recall for Lorenzo Pellegrini in the XI, with Artem Dovbyk competing with Evan Ferguson for a starting spot up front.

Head coach Paolo Zanetti will persist with summer signings Giovane and Gift Orban in attack, although the duo were rested during Wednesday's Coppa Italia defeat to Venezia.
Roberto Gagliardini, Abdou Harroui, Daniel Mosquera, Tomas Suslov and Nicolas Valentini are expected to remain sidelined through injuries.
