How to watch today's Fiorentina vs Roma Serie A game: Live stream, TV channel, and start time

Fiorentinafinally snapped their four-match winless skid across all competitions with a much-needed 2-0 triumph over Sigma Olomouc in the UEFA Conference League on Thursday night, a performance that breathed some life back into a stuttering campaign. Now, the Viola will look to carry that renewed momentum into Sunday's Serie Ashowdown against Roma

The Giallorossi, meanwhile, have hit the ground running under new boss Gian Piero Gasperini, sitting level on points with league leaders AC Milan, trailing only on goal difference. Gasperini's attacking blueprint has Roma humming, and they'll fancy their chances against a Fiorentina side still struggling to find its footing under Stefano Pioli.

For Pioli, his return to Florence has been anything but a homecoming fairytale. Just three points from five league outings tell the story of a side that's yet to click, misfiring up front and shaky in possession. The recent Tuscan derby against Pisa summed up their woes, as Fiorentina labored to a frustrating 0-0 draw against newly promoted opposition.

Here, GOAL brings you everything you need to know about how to watch, including TV channel, streaming details and more.

Fiorentina team news

Fiorentina made several rotations in their midweek Conference League win over Sigma Olomouc, but Stefano Pioli is expected to bring back his big guns for Sunday's Serie A clash, including Moise Kean.

The Italian forward, who bagged 19 league goals last season and shone during his recent international stint, has endured a dry spell to start the new campaign, failing to hit the target with any of his 17 Serie A attempts. Still, his pace and movement make him too dangerous to leave out, and he’s likely to reclaim his spot ahead of veteran Edin Dzeko. Expect Roberto Piccoli and Albert Gudmundsson to battle for the remaining slot in Fiorentina's front line.

Injury-wise, Pioli's men will again be without Tariq Lamptey and Christian Kouame, both sidelined through ongoing fitness issues.

Roma team news

As for Roma, they continue to make do without Leon Bailey, while Paulo Dybala could make a long-awaited return to the bench after resuming full training. Key starters Gianluca Mancini, Manu Kone, and Angelino are all set to return to the XI after being rested for Thursday's Europa League win over Lille.

Up top, Gian Piero Gasperini has a decision to make: stick with Evan Ferguson, or turn back to Artem Dovbyk, who scored the winner in this very fixture last May but is still haunted by two missed penalties earlier this week.
