The 28th round of fixtures gets underway on Wednesday night, when Manchester City take on Stoke City in a match rearranged to accommodate Pep Guardiola's side's cup quarter-final at Middlesbrough three days later.

It marks the beginning of a busy - and important - seven days for City, with the second leg of their Champions League last-16 clash against Monaco looming next week.
Guardiola may be tempted to rotate his squad as a result but as things stand he is expected to field a full-strength XI, with Kevin De Bruyne returning to the lineup after being handed a break at the weekend against Sunderland.

The biggest match on Saturday is undoubtedly the fixture at the KCOM Stadium, where struggling Hull City take on a revitalised Swansea City.
The Tigers made a superb start under new manager Marco Silva but after dropping two costly points by failing to hold on to their lead against Burnley, they were beaten 3-1 by relegation rivals Leicester City last weekend.
That has left them four points adrift of safety and six behind Swansea, who have won four of their past six matches and could take a huge step towards survival by beating Hull.
Despite an important - and unexpected - point at Manchester United, Bournemouth are not totally out of the relegation picture yet and would treasure a home win against West Ham, who are winless in three games.
Seventh and eighth in the table, meanwhile, meet at Goodison Park, where Everton can solidify their grip on a position that can be considered 'best of the rest' outside of the Champions League contenders by beating West Brom.

Which Liverpool will turn up this time?
The Reds are coming off a superb victory over Arsenal that greatly boosted their top-four chances, but matches against some of the Premier League's lesser lights have been their undoing all season.
Their trip to Burnley back in August was a prime example, when Liverpool had 26 shots to three and 80 per cent of the possession but lost 2-0 due to a combination of a lack of cutting edge and lacklustre defending.
The 'problem' for Jurgen Klopp, bizarrely, is that his team only has one match left against the other clubs in the top six this season. They simply must start putting away the sides they are expected to beat in order to qualify for the Champions League.
