Inter midfielder Joao Mario wants to move to Monaco, claim Calciomercato.

The 26-year-old Portugal international is reportedly also a target for Wolves and Brighton but, following his time with West Ham last year, he isn't thought to be keen on a return to the Premier League.

Inter are looking for a fee of at least €20 million (£18.3m/$22.2m) for Mario, who they signed from Sporting in 2016.

Frankfurt want return for PSG keeper Trapp


Eintracht Frankfurt have made an offer of €10 million (£9.1m/$11.1m)for PSG goalkeeper Kevin Trapp, according to RMC.

He had been a target for Porto, but they weren't able to meet PSG's asking price. Trapp already has a contractual agreement with the Bundesliga side.

The 29-year-old spent last season on loan in Frankfurt, having also played for them between 2012 and 2015.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer says Paul Pogba isn't going to be leaving Manchester United this season.

"I have no doubt, Paul Pogba will stay at Manchester United this summer," he said in a press conference.

He also confirmed that the deal to bring in Leicester defender Harry Maguire was all but completed, barring some minor details.

Leeds want Inter duo


Leeds United want to complete a double signing from Serie A giants Inter, according to the Gazzetta dello Sport.

Facundo Colidio, a 19-year-old forward, and 20-year-old Irish defender Ryan Nolan are the players in question, with negotiations ongoing between the clubs.

Leeds get their Championship campaign underway on Sunday with a trip to Bristol City, and will be hoping to get the deals tied up before Thursday's deadline.

Former Barcelona forward Bojan Krkic is set for a move to MLS after agreeing to join Montreal Impact, report Mundo Deportivo.

The 28-year-old is set to join on a two-year contract after terminating his deal at Stoke, which had a year left to run.

Initially a huge success at Stoke, he scored just once in 21 Championship outings for the Potters last season and only played 90 minutes once in the league.

Sylla's Oostende move hits the brakes


Former QPR forward Idrissa Sylla's discussions over a move to KV Oostende have stalled, according to HLN.

Now at Zulte Waregem, Sylla only joined in January and still has two years remaining on his contract. He scored three goals for his new club in the second half of last season.

Oostende may now turn their attentions toward 23-year-old Grejohn Kyei, who spent last season on loan at Lens from Reims.

Peres returns to Brazil from Brugge


Club Brugge left-back Luan Peres has joined Santos on loan for the upcoming season.

The 25-year-old moved to Belgium from Ituano last summer, but made only four appearances in the league.

He has previously represented Brazilian clubs including Santa Cruz, Ponte Preta and Fluminense.

Former Chelsea, Wigan and Schalke forward Franco Di Santo trained with Atletico Mineiro today ahead of completing a move there, report Globo Esporte.

The 30-year-old is waiting for the paperwork to go through on the move, after his contract in Spain with Rayo Vallecano ran out at the end of last season.

He played just six times in La Liga after joining Rayo in January, failing to score as his side took just two points from his appearances.

Bruce wants to keep Gayle at Newcastle


Dwight Gayle won't be leaving Newcastle this summer as he is still a part of Steve Bruce's plans, according to the Shields Gazette.

The currently injured Gayle had been linked with a move away, with Leeds mentioned as a potential destination, but Bruce wants him in his team.

“You are only as good as your strikers," Bruce said. “In that area, in particular, he is a part of my plans. I have not seen him yet and I have been here three weeks.”

Manchester City are getting closer to finalising a deal to swap Danilo for Juventus right-back Joao Cancelo, according to Sky Italy.

Juventus are thought to want slightly more than the Danilo plus €30 million (£27.4m/$33.3m) City are currently offering, but the deal seems likely to go through.

Danilo is close to agreeing personal terms with the Serie A champions, which would be a boost as Pep Guardiola looks to integrate Cancelo as soon as possible.

Juanfran joins Sao Paulo


Veteran Spanish right-back Juanfran has joined Brazilian side Sao Paulo after the end of his contract at Atletico Madrid.

The 34-year-old follows Dani Alves to Sao Paulo, after the Brazilian joined yesterday.

Juanfran made over 350 appearances in nine seasons at Atletico, winning one league title and twice reaching the final of the Champions League.

Saponara heads to Genoa


Genoa are set to add to the signing of Lasse Schone with playmaker Riccardo Saponara, according to Sky Italy.

The 27-year-old would arrive on loan from Fiorentina with an option to make the deal permanent.

He made 22 appearances in Serie A last season, registering two goals and five assists.

Arsenal to open talks for Coutinho


Gunners want Coutinho on loan

Arsenal are set to open discussions with Barcelona over a loan deal for Philippe Coutinho, report beINSports.

The Brazilian has apparently been made available for loan, which could have ramifications for Barca's chase of PSG forward Neymar.

Arsenal may look to take the Brazilian on an initial loan deal with a view to buy if he impresses upon his return to the Premier League.

Milan exits likely with Suso set to stay


Spanish playmaker Suso is set to stay with AC Milan, according to the Corriere dello Sport.

The 25-year-old has been linked with a move away from San Siro in this transfer window, but new manager Marco Giampaolo wants him to play behind the strikers in his new-look team.

However, with Milan needing to comply with Financial Fair Play (FFP) rules, other players may have to follow new Wolves striker Patrick Cutrone out of the exit door.

Chelsea send youngster on Eredivisie loan


Chelsea's 20-year-old forward Ike Ugbo has joined Eredivisie side Roda JC on a season-long loan deal.

The Lewisham-born England youth international is heading out on his fourth loan spell, having previously spent time with Barnsley, MK Dons and Scunthorpe.

He scored two goals in 20 appearances for Scunthorpe last season.

No bids made for Gremio star Everton


Gremio are yet to receive any offers for their 23-year-old forward Everton, report Globo Esporte.

Everton dazzled for Brazil at this summer's Copa America and has been linked with a number of clubs across Europe but, much to Gremio's surprise, no bids have been forthcoming.

He has six goals in 17 appearances in the 2018/19 season, with one assist.

Tarkowski out of Burnley squad amid Leicester links


James Tarkowski wasn't named in Burnley's squad for their pre-season game with Parma this afternoon, amid rumours linking him with a move to Leicester.

The 26-year-old is reportedly wanted by the Foxes as a replacement for Harry Maguire, who is set to join Manchester United.

Tarkowski has made more than 100 appearances for the Clarets since joining mid-way through their promotion season in 2015-16.

Championship side Brentford are closing in on the signing of 19-year-old winger Bryan Mbeumo from Troyes, according to l'Equipe.

He is set for a medical with Thomas Frank's side, having agreed a move for an initial fee of €4 million (£3.7m/$4.4m) with further add-ons.

Mbeumo scored in Troyes' 2-0 win over Niort in Ligue 2 last weekend, after notching ten league goals last season.

United confident of bringing in Dybala


Manchester United are confident that they have done enough to convince Paulo Dybala to move to Old Trafford, reports Alfredo Pedulla.

Dybala is the key in the deal to sell Romelu Lukaku to Juventus, and it is unclear whether it is a move he will be keen on with United out of the Champions League.

But they hope their offer of €11 million (£10.1m/$12.2m) a season in wages will be enough to land the Argentine.

Crystal Palace are set to sign​ Real Betis midfielder Victor Camarasa on a season loan reports Football Insider.

The Spanish club are happy to loan out the midfielder with the stipulation that the deal becomes permanent if Palace stay in the Premier League next season. 

The midfielder drew a host of interest from various clubs including Burnley, after his successful loan spell at Cardiff last term.

Getafe defender Djene Dakonam has been tipped as the front runner to fill the gap as Harry Maguire departs for Manchester United reports Leciester Mercury.

The Foxes were previously linked with the centre back at the start of the season but now look to fend off interest from Arsenal and Everton for the Togolese player. 

After making 34 appearances for the Spanish side in Liga last season, the 27 year old looks like he could to be heading to the King Power Stadium for a €35 million fee (£32m/$39m).

Lukas Nmecha has joined Bundesliga club Wolfsburg on a season long loan according to Manchester City

The 20 year old striker has spent more than 12 years at City but has only made two first team appearances.

Danny Drinkwater and Tiemoue ​Bakayoko could be departing Stamford bridge reports the Telegraph.

The pair have been left out of Frank Lampard's side for the second time this week in the build up to the start of Premier League season. 

The Blues are set to listen to offers for the midfielders after Bakayoko last season on loan at AC Milan while Drinkwater never played a competitive match under previous head coach Maurizio Sarri.

Inter are ready to increase their offer for Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku to €70 million (£64m/$78m) plus bonuses, Corriere della Sera says.

The Nerazzurri have been trying to convince the Red Devils to let the striker go all summer but are yet to meet their asking price.

The Serie A side will make another push for him next week by improving their offer, but they have to compete with Juventus, who already have a personal agreement with the Belgium international.

Juventus are hoping to swap Paulo Dybala for the striker, so Inter's bid could bring an end to United's hopes of landing the Argentine.

Junior Firpo will be announced as a Barcelona player within the next 48 hours after the Spanish champions reached an agreement with Real Betis.

Mundo Deportivo reports Barca have managed to talk Betis down from their €25 million asking price to land the 22-year-old.

They have already agreed personal terms with the left-back and he could have a medical at Barca as early as this afternoon.

Former Atletico Madrid star Juanfran Torres has agreed to join Sao Paulo, according to Cadena SER.

The 34-year-old right-back left the Spanish side this summer after his contract expired and looks set to follow Dani Alves in heading to Brazil.

Edinson Cavani says will see out his contract at Paris Saint-Germain, dismissing talk of a potential move to Inter.

Webster signs a four-year contract with the Premier League side after spending just one season at Bristol.

Lyon & Monaco eye €30m AC Milan star


Lyon and Monaco are interested in signing 25-year-old winger Suso from AC Milan, according to Calciomercato.

Milan are trying to convince the former Liverpool and Genoa player to extend his contract, which still has three years on it, but he is listening to offers.

Roma have shown interest, but they are yet to make an official offer, while Monaco and Lyon have also emerged as suitors, though they may be turned off by Milan's €30 million (£27m/$33m) asking price.

Sevilla warned of €30m Raphinha price tag


Sporting have warned Sevilla they will have to pay €30 million to sign Raphinha, O Jogo reports.

The 22-year-old winger scored seven goals for Sporting in 2018-19 after joining from Vitoria Guimaraes last summer.

Although the Brazilian has a €60m release clause, Sevilla seem to have been scared off by Sporting's €30m demands.

Morelos to China talk is nonsense, says Gerrard


Rangers boss Steven Gerrard has dismissed rumours linking Alfredo Morelos to Hebei China Fortune.

The Chinese Super League side are said to be lining up a £15 million bid for the Colombian and pay him £10m per year.

Asked about the possibility of a move, Gerrard told reporters: "There’s zero truth in speculation linking Alfredo with China. If we want success, it’s important we keep our best players and Alfredo certainly comes into that category."

Paulo Dybala is demanding a weekly salary of £350,000 if he is to join Manchester United, says The Sun.

The Premier League side are in talks to sign the forward from Juventus and he has made clear his salary expectations.

Dybala would be United's third-best paid player at that rate, behind David de Gea and Alexis Sanchez.

Guus Til has left Dutch side AZ to join Spartak Moscow, De Telegraaf reports.

The Netherlands international had been in talks with the Russian side this week and has reached an agreement over a four-year contract.

Everton will try wrap up the signings of Moise Kean from Juventus and Southampton's Mario Lemina before the window clo, The Daily Star says.

The Toffees have already confirmed the arrival of Jean-Philippe Gbamin from Mainz, but that will not be the end of spending for Marco Silva's side.

They have been working on the arrival of Kean for weeks, but Lemina could be on the way, too, as they look for a replacement for Idrissa Gueye.

Manchester United target Bruno Fernandes was seen leaving Sporting Lisbon's training ground after a meeting to decide his future.

The 24-year-old was filmed on CMTV getting into a car and leaving his club's facilities after a discussion with Sporting hierarchy about where he will be playing football in 2019, according to The Mirror.

Tottenham and Real Madrid are also reportedly interested in the Portuguese playmaker, who was seen in tears following his previous outing with Sporting.

Wantaway Arsenal captain Laurent Koscielny is set to be granted his wish of a move to Ligue 1 club Bordeaux.

The 33-year-old hasn't played in any of the Gunners pre-season and The Express is reporting that Bordeaux officials have flown into London for talks about the French defender.

Arsenal boss Unai Emery has said he hopes the experienced centre-half remains at the Emirates.

Barcelona have decided to make Brazilian midfielder Philippe Coutinho available on loan - but only for a large fee.

According to Mundo Deportivo, the Catalans will allow the player to leave the Nou Camp if a €25-30 million fee is paid by a club to loan the 27-year-old.

The report also says Barcelona would still prefer a standard transfer but recognise a loan would give the player more opportunity to play.

Gayle to leave Newcastle?


Leeds United are preparing a loan move for out-of-favour Newcastle United striker Dwight Gayle.

The Championship side are interested in Gayle, who has twice scored 20-plus goals in the division - for West Bromwich Albion last season and the Toon during 2016-17.

The Daily Star reports that the 29-year-old could join the Elland Road club on loan for the entire season in the coming days, though Stoke City also remain interested.

Arsenal's offer to loan Daniele Rugani from Juventus has been rejected.

With captain Lauren Koscielny trying to force a move back to France, Unai Emery is desperate for defensive reinforcments and tabled a two-year loan for Rugini with an option to buy.

But the Serie A champions rejected the bid, despite Rugani facing even tougher competition in Turin thanks to the arrival of Matthijs de Ligt.

Madrid enter race for Bruno Fernandes


Real Madrid have emerged as a possible new destination for Portuguese star Bruno Fernandes.

The playmaker is looking to move away from Sporting Lisbon in the coming week and it was thought that Tottenham Hotspur were closest to securing his signature, should they match the €70 million (£64m; $77m) asking price.

But Portuguese outlet Ojogo are reporting Zinedine Zidane's Madrid are also keen on snapping up the freescoring midfielder, and the Spanish giants could steal him from Spurs and Manchester United.

Juventus superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has told teammate Paulo Dybala to sign for Manchester United.

Argentina forward Dybala apparently sought advice in a Juve players WhatsApp chat, asking which club he should sign for with his Juventus days appearing to be numbered.

According to the Daily Mail, Ronaldo advised the 25-year-old to join the Old Trafford outfit as that was where he became a 'champion'.

A move for Dybala to Manchester would likely see Romelu Lukaku swap the Theatre of Dreams for Turin.

Maguire to get a six-year deal at Man Utd


Harry Maguire is set to sign a six-year deal with Manchester United, according to reports.

The England defender is expected to make the move from Leicester City in the coming days for a fee worth £80million ($87m) on the multi-year contract, according to The Sun.

The 26-year-old - who will become the world's most expensive defender - just needs to complete a medical before he teams up with the Old Trafford squad.
