FIFA 18 soundtrack: Songs from alt-J, Weezer & more feature in new game

One of the defining aspects of EA Sports' FIFA series has been the music used in each edition, and the soundtracks have etched themselves into the memories of those who love the game.

Blur's 1997 hit 'Song 2' will be forever associated with FIFA: Road to World Cup 98 for many people, while Fatboy Slim's iconic 1998 track 'Rockafeller Skank' undoubtedly evokes nostalgia of FIFA 99.

More recently, Imagine Dragons' catchy number 'Top of the World' featured on FIFA 13 and FIFA 15 had Avicii's 'The Nights'.

The FIFA 18 demo has been made available ahead of the game's official release on September 29 and EA Sports have also revealed the details of the game's soundtrack.

Goal brings you all you need to know about the latest mellifluous accompaniment to one of the most popular football simulation games in the world.
