Crystal Palace and Ivory Coast winger Wilfried Zaha has revealed the song which helps raise his spirits after a disappointing display.
The 24-year-old says he regularly turns to music if he is feeling down and references 'Hit the Quan' by iLoveMemphis - inspired by a famous dance from Rich Homie Quan - as a soothing track for him.
Zaha, formerly of Manchester United, says the song helps him “forget” why he was low in the first place and makes him want to dance instead.
