Mourinho: Man Utd under no pressure

Ibrahimovic recorded a 28-goal haul for United before damaging knee ligaments and it remains to be seen whether he will be back for next season, having only penned a 12-month deal upon his arrival at Old Trafford.

If he does stay on, then it is claimed that he will receive £500,000 should the Red Devils reach the Champions League quarter-finals, £1.25 million for the semi-finals, £2.275 million for the final and £5.25 million should he help to secure European glory.

To put those figures into perspective, the world’s most expensive footballer continues to operate in the shadow of an illustrious colleague when it comes to financial matters.
