Lozano found the back of the net for the first time in his new colors, finishing a sweeping counter-attack in a comprehensive defeat of Seattle at Snapdragon Stadium Saturday night.

The Mexican international made it all look very easy, corralling a hard-hit cross before side-footing past a stranded goalkeeper.

It was a welcome moment for Lozano, who saw his San Diego career get off to a rough start after picking up a leg injury early in the season.

Saturday's fixture was just the fourth time he had been on the team sheet all year.

San Diego are second in the Western Conference, and will look to continue their early season form when they take on Colorado next weekend. Lozano has three goal contributions in 204 minutes of action.
