WHAT KOLO MUANI AND FRANK SAID

Upon signing, Kolo Muani told club media: “I'm really happy and very proud to be at such a great club. I can’t wait to meet my team-mates, all the fans and to get out on the pitch. I know what the coach expects from me. I will fight hard for the shirt, the Club and the fans. I will give everything for this team.”

Frank added: “He's a good age, in the prime of his career, has good qualities that will suit both us and the Premier League. He gives us a different option in the final third, being able to play out wide and through the middle. Randal is a quality player who has proven himself over a number of years, playing for big teams in the Champions League and also with good experience for the France national team.”

  • THE BIGGER PICTURE

Tottenham had been keen to bring in an attacking reinforcement before the deadline, especially with Dominic Solanke struggling with an ankle injury. While Xavi Simons’ big-money arrival bolstered creativity, Frank wanted a versatile forward capable of playing centrally and out wide. Kolo Muani’s Champions League pedigree and experience with France make him a strong addition to a squad aiming to challenge on multiple fronts.

    WHAT NEXT FOR KOLO MUANI?

The France international is expected to be integrated quickly into Frank’s squad, with Spurs facing a busy schedule in both domestic and European competitions. His arrival should ease the pressure on Solanke's recovery and provide further tactical flexibility for the Lilywhites. Tottenham fans may see their new signing make his debut against West Ham on Saturday, September 13.
