Real Madrid 'confident' of tying up Trent Alexander-Arnold deal in January but Liverpool right-back is unwilling to move before end of season as Arne Slot's side chase Premier League title

Spanish reports suggest Los Blancos are growing more and more confident that they can complete a deal for Alexander-Arnold in January. The England international would not move in the winter, but can sign a pre-agreement with the European champions to join at the start of next season as a free agent, when his contract at Liverpool expires.
