    DID YOU KNOW?

The Los Angeles Police Department is yet to make any arrests, but an investigation has been opened. Giroud forms part of a concerning pattern of A-list burglaries in the United States, with the FBI issuing warnings after the likes of NFL superstars Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce and Joe Burrow were targeted alongside NHL ace Evgeni Malkin – who saw his three Stanley Cup championship rings swiped – and NBA icon Luka Doncic.

  • WHAT NEXT?

France international Giroud, who is his country’s all-time leading goalscorer, had been enjoying a productive spell in America on the back of his 2024 move from AC Milan – with MLS Cup glory savored at the end of his debut campaign. Giroud will likely play a starring role in LAFC's first game of the new MLS season against Minnesota this weekend.
