Erling Haaland showed off a new look in a Manchester City training session as he returned to his old centre-parting hairstyle. After a disappointing 2024-25 campaign, which was affected by injuries, the Norwegian goal machine is raring to take the field as the new season approaches. WHAT HAPPENED?
Haaland is training hard to start the new 2025-26 campaign on a solid note and was spotted with a new look. He is back to sporting his old centre-parting hairstyle, which he had during his early days at Borussia Dortmund. Since joining City, he had let his hair grow longer and sported a bun during matches.

THE BIGGER PICTURE
After winning the Premier League Golden Boot award in his first two seasons at Etihad Stadium, Haaland finished third in the top goal-scorers' list last season. He missed a considerable chunk of the 2024-25 campaign due to an ankle injury and ended up with 22 goals to his name in 31 appearances, seven behind top marksman Mohamed Salah.
