Harry Kane posts heartfelt tribute to 'legend' Thomas Muller calls on Bayern team-mates to provide ‘perfect ending’ for club legend

Muller has confirmed that he will leave Bayern in the summer despite wanting to stay at the Allianz Arena. He has confirmed that the club are not willing to offer him a new deal, and as such, the time has come for him to leave Bayern, despite spending his entire career at the club.

Kane has spent the past two seasons playing alongside Muller and has posted a heartfelt tribute to his current team-mate on Instagram. The pair appear set to win the Bundesliga this season, as the club sit nine points clear of second-placed Bayer Leverkusen, and Kane is hoping Muller can finish his final season with the club on a high.

Kane wrote on Instagram: "The definition of a legend! It's been a pleasure to share these 2 years together! Let's make it a perfect ending!"

Bayern play Inter Milan in the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final on Tuesday.
