Cristiano Ronaldo reunion?! Al-Nassr target shock summer swoop for Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes amid Ederson talks

Ronaldo's Al Nassr, who finished second in the Saudi Pro League last season, are reportedly interested in launching a surprise move for Fernandes. Al Nassr are keen to sign a new central midfielder and Fernandes is one of the names on their list, according to ESPN.

Fernandes' future has been under close scrutiny since the 29-year-old admitted he will leave if he's no longer wanted at Old Trafford. It has also been reported that the midfielder, who earns £220,000 a week, wants to be among United's highest earners; for comparison, Marcus Rashford earns £365,000 a week.

Fernandes isn't the only Premier League star being considered by Al Nassr. ESPN's report also claims that the club are prepared to offer Manchester City goalkeeper Ederson more than £600,000 a week to leave the reigning English champions.

Fernandes has played a crucial part in Portugal's run to the quarter-finals of Euro 2024. Roberto Martinez's side take on France in a mouth-watering clash in Hamburg on Friday evening.
