Carli Lloyd, Ali Krieger, Heather O'Reilly and the US Women win TST 2025 and $1 million prize with victory over Yuki Nagasato’s Bumpy Pitch FC

The US Women defeated Bumpy Pitch FC 3-0 in the TST women's final Monday evening, claiming the one million dollar prize for the second consecutive year at the 7v7 competition at Wakemed Soccer Park in Cary, North Carolina.

Their roster - spearheaded by USWNT veterans Heather O'Reilly, Allie Long, Ali Krieger, and Carli Lloyd - went undefeated throughout the competition, storming their way to the final in dominant fashion. Bumpy Pitch FC was led by 2011 FIFA World Cup champion with Japan, Yuki Nagasato.

Regulation goals from Tessa Dellarose and Casey Lloyd gave them a 2-0 lead heading into Target Score Time, before U23 USWNT member Evelyn Shores finished it off with the dagger. O'Reilly countered with a splendid run and found a sprinting Shores, who smacked the ball home, only to be immediately swarmed by her teammates.

Shores was dressed with a golden fleece scarf for scoring the winner, granting her lifetime admission into the competition - but more importantly, she scored the $1M goal for her team.

"Last year was special, but this is a new group, this is a new family," O'Reilly said on ESPN+ after the game. "We really owe a lot to [head coach] Kendall Fletcher, she's having a baby in a few weeks, and she led us to this. So, everybody, well done."

The competition served as Lloyd's return to the pitch, and her first competitive minutes since her professional retirement in 2021.

"I'm happy to be back playing with my former teammates and just having fun, getting together again and hopefully winning," Lloyd told INDIVISA ahead of the competition.

This was the third-straight season where the US Women competed, and the second season where a women's division competed separately from a men's. In 2024, each member of the roster earned roughly $40,000 for competing and winning the competition.

This year, 20 players made up their roster, while 12 additional persons made up their coaching staff and roster personnel. If divided equally amongst everyone, it would result in a pool of $31,250 per person.

The 2024 game-winning goalscorer, Talia DellaPeruta, shared withGOAL last year that her first purchase with her winning was going to be a "nice purse," but more importantly, she was going to invest her earnings.

TST 2026 will come next year, just days ahead of the 2026 FIFA Men's World Cup in the United States, Mexico, and Canada.

O'Reilly ended her interview by saying, "Let's do it again next year," so it's safe to say fans can look forward to them competing for a potential three-peat.
