Spurs lead the tie 3-1 after their victory at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium last week, but still have plenty of work to do if they are to beat the Norwegian side over two legs. Being disturbed by pyrotechnics in the middle of the night will not have helped their preparations.

Ange Postecoglou is aiming for silverware in his second season at the club, something he was famously bullish about at the beginning of the campaign. A two-goal lead heading into the second leg gives them a fantastic chance to qualify for the showdown in Bilbao later this month.

Tottenham have already been disrupted heading into the crucial game by the news that James Maddison will miss the rest of the season with a knee injury. They must also deal with the artificial playing surface in Bodo, which is 200km north of the Arctic Circle.

All of Tottenham's eggs are in the Europa League basket, but they still have Premier League matches against Crystal Palace, Aston Villa and Brighton to come.
