    THE BIGGER PICTURE

The Gunners have agreed to pay over £50 million ($67.8m) to secure the transfer of Madueke from the Blues. The winger is expected to undergo his Arsenal medical this week, now that Chelsea have successfully ended their Club World Cup campaign. The England international is expected to provide cover and competition for compatriot Bukayo Saka on the right flank.

  • DID YOU KNOW?

Sancho spent the last season on loan at Chelsea and had expected to be retained by the Blues, but the West London side opted out of making the transfer permanent from United at the end of the 2024-25 campaign.
