Manchester City are preparing to mount a robust legal defence to clear their name following a bombshell guilty verdict. The club intend to present what they describe as irrefutable evidence to prove that over £830 million in controversial sponsorship agreements were legitimately funded by the Abu Dhabi government rather than their private ownership group.

Rival players and their representatives are exploring potential legal claims against Manchester City for lost bonuses. After the reigning champions were found guilty of more than 100 financial breaches, affected stars who missed out on league titles or European qualification between 2009 and 2018 are now seeking compensation for massive financial losses.

Viktor Gyokeres has broken his silence regarding his future at Arsenal following a difficult period that has seen him lose his place in Mikel Arteta’s starting XI. Despite persistent rumours linking the Swedish international with a move away from north London, the forward insists he remains committed to the Premier League champions.

Thierry Henry has issued a stern warning to Bradley Barcola following his high-profile move to Liverpool, insisting the winger must start producing results soon. The French international arrived at Anfield for a staggering £123 million fee but has struggled to find his rhythm under new manager Andoni Iraola.
