Team news & squads
LA Galaxy team news
Matheus Nascimento, Maya Yoshida and Riqui Puig will not be available for selection on account of their respective injury concerns.
In Nascimento's absence, the likes of Lucas Sanabria and Marco Reus are likely to be handed starts in the final third.
Seattle Sounders team news
The Rave Green have a lengthy injury list. Albert Rusnak, Joao Paulo, Jordan Morris, Paul Arriola, Ryan Kent and Stuart Russell Hawkins are all unlikely to be available for selection.
Daniel Musovski is suspended for the remainder of the Leagues Cup as the Disciplinary Committee added an extra game to his ban after the attacker was sent off in the game against Puebla. So players such as Osaze De Rosario and Cristian Roldan will need to step up in attack.
