The club have extended the contracts of Nadia Gomes and Stephanie Sparkowski, while deciding not to renew the contract of Catherine Barry. Defender Justina Gaynor and midfielder Chardonnay Curran have also parted ways with the club.

Having re-signed midfielder Bea Franklin, the Stars activated Mackenzie Wood and Alyssa Naeher from the 45-day injury list, with all of them available for selection for Friday's matchup.
