UCLA Bruins team news

Quarterback Nico Iamaleava did his best to carry the load, throwing for 255 yards on 29-of-41 passing with a touchdown and an interception. He also showcased his legs, rushing 11 times for 59 yards and another score. 

On the ground, Jaivian Thomas chipped in with 43 yards on just five carries, adding a pair of catches for 19 yards. Out wide, Kwazi Gilmer led the aerial attack, reeling in eight passes for 87 yards.

Jack Layne managed the game efficiently, going 13-of-21 for 155 yards, while also punching in a short rushing touchdown. The real spark came from Scottre Humphrey, who exploded for 141 yards on 18 carries, finding the end zone twice while averaging nearly eight yards a pop. 

Dorian Thomas provided a reliable target in the passing game, finishing with five grabs for 56 yards.
