For UCF, Tayven Jackson, filling in for injured quarterback Cam Fancher, went 12-of-21 for 189 yards in their last outing, adding two rushing scores despite only gaining a yard on three carries. Jaden Nixon broke loose for 156 yards and two touchdowns on just four attempts, while Duane Thomas Jr. hauled in three passes for 68 yards.
UCF's defense has been disruptive early, piling up 18 tackles for loss and five sacks through two games. Jayden Bellamy and Jayden McDonald have each snagged an interception, while Cole Kozlowski leads the way with 11 tackles.
