Two old Southwest Conference rivals square off Saturday afternoon as Baylor makes the short trip to Dallas to take on SMU, and oddsmakers are bracing for a shootout.

Baylor comes in licking its wounds after a rough opener against Auburn, where the Bears were bullied at the line of scrimmage and their defensive gaps were laid bare — issues head coach Dave Aranda still needs to iron out. SMU, on the other hand, barely broke a sweat in a 42-13 dismantling of East Texas A&M and now boasts 15 wins in its last 16 home contests under Rhett Lashlee.

With both teams among the nation's fastest-paced offenses, sportsbooks have tagged this matchup with one of Week 2’s highest totals — and there’s an argument it still might not be enough.

Here, GOAL brings you everything you need to know about how to watch the SMU vs Baylor NCAAF game, plus plenty more.
