The Gamecocks’ offense has been rolling, putting up 29.5 points per game and ranking third nationally in rushing at 279.5 yards per contest. Their aerial game is still a work in progress, averaging just 141.8 passing yards per outing, but when you can bulldoze teams on the ground like this, who needs to air it out? Defensively, Rich Rodriguez’s crew still has room to tighten things up — they're giving up 26.8 points and 377 yards per game, including 165.5 rushing yards, an area that Delaware’s offense might look to exploit. Offensive lineman Lance Johnson is questionable heading into this one.
