Since Austin FC's debut season in 2021, goalkeeper Brad Stuver has been the heartbeat of the team. The 2025 MLS All-Star has tied his career-best with eight shutouts while ranking second in the league with 104 saves, commanding a backline that’s conceded the fourth-fewest goals in the West (36).

Austin splashed the cash last winter, setting a new club transfer record (around $12.3 million) to bring in Myrto Uzuni from Spain's Granada CF. After taking time to adjust, the Albanian forward is finally delivering, with four goals and two assists in his last seven outings. That surge in form is vital, especially with USMNT striker Brandon Vazquez sidelined long-term due to a knee injury.

Another bright spot has been homegrown star Owen Wolff, who has stepped up in a big way. At just 20, he’s shown maturity beyond his years, chipping in five goals and seven assists while adapting to multiple roles in the midfield. His 12 total goal involvements lead the squad, underscoring his leap forward this season.

Danny Musovski is enjoying a breakout year for Seattle, bagging 14 goals and three assists, including his first career hat trick last month. That’s a huge jump from last season’s single goal and has been crucial with Jordan Morris battling injuries. 

Playmaker Albert Rusnak continues to pull the strings, hitting double-digit goals (10) alongside eight assists for a second straight year, while 20-year-old Obed Vargas has blossomed into a midfield mainstay, tallying career highs of three goals and five assists in his partnership with Cristian Roldan.
