A new team-mate for Cristiano Ronaldo? Al-Nassr eye Mohammed Kudus as West Ham could be forced to cash in

Per The Guardian, the Hammers could be forced to sell star player Kudus to boost their own transfer budget. The Ghanaian winger reportedly has a release clause in his deal, which will be active for a brief period in the summer. As such, the Premier League side could consider cashing in on the 24-year-old amid strong interest from Saudi Pro League giants Al-Nassr.

Graham Potter will look to revamp the West Ham squad in the upcoming transfer window, but unless the club make money from player sales, new signings won't be possible. Kudus had an impressive debut campaign after joining the English side from Ajax in the summer of 2023, but in his second season, the player has not able to maintain his standards and he hasn't scored a goal since December 2024.

It remains to be seen if the Ghana international agrees to move to Saudi Arabia so early in his career. The Hammers, however, believe that the winger will attract interest from Premier League as well as some top European sides.

Potter's men will be back in action in the Premier League on Saturday as they take on Brighton in an away fixture.
