'Three big points' - Harry Kane delighted with 'important' Bayern Munich win against St Pauli as march towards Bundesliga title continues

Bayern got back to work after the international break with a 3-2 win over St Pauli at the Allianz Arena. The victory means Bayern remain six points clear at the top of the Bundesliga table and on course to regain their domestic crown after finishing as runners-up behind Bayer Leverkusen last season.

Kane scored and picked up an assist in the victory on a good day for the England captain. His goal means he's now scored against every Bundesliga side he's faced during his time in Munich in another impressive landmark for the 31-year-old. Kane was quick to react to the win and admitted it was a crucial victory for Vincent Kompany's side.

He posted on Instagram: "Important win today. Three big points at the Allianz."

Kane and Bayern will continue their Bundesliga title push on Friday against Augsburg.
