  • WHAT HAPPENED?

    The 28-year-old is on loan at Nottingham Forest for the season but has only featured nine times in the Premier League - only two of which were from the start. He could be on his way out of England earlier than expected, though, as Sky Sport in Italy reports that teams from the United States are interested in signing him in January.

    THE BIGGER PICTURE

    LAFC, Cincinnati and Dallas are all potential destinations for the ex-Liverpool forward. According to Tom Bogert, the attacker has been offered to several teams in MLS, but neither of them appear close to concluding a deal at this present moment.
