Reims midfielder Teddy Teuma, Malta's key player, is back with the team after missing last month's camp. Matthew Guillaumier is also available for selection after serving a one-game ban, but Jake Azzopardi has been dropped from the squad despite returning from his suspension.
Upfront, Saint-Etienne striker Irvin Cardona will be competing for a spot with Joseph Mbong, Paul Mbong and Jodi Jones.

Holland boss Ronald Koeman has made some bold decisions, dropping familiar names such as Matthijs de Ligt, Sem Steijn and Noa Lang.
Teun Koopmeiners, Jorrel Hato, Crysencio Summerville, Brian Brobbey and Lutsharel Geertruida have also been left out, while Burnley left-back Quilindschy Hartman and Liverpool's Jeremie Frimpong have earned recalls.
AZ Alkmaar striker Mexx Meerdink initially received his first call-up due to fitness concerns surrounding Memphis Depay and Wout Weghorst, both of whom will still travel to Malta. Unfortunately, Meerdink has since had to withdraw.
Donyell Malen is in line to lead the line, supported by Cody Gakpo, while Ryan Gravenberch is likely to join Frenkie de Jong and Tijjani Reijnders in the middle.
