Big Ten action heats up as the Michigan State Spartans (3-2) host the UCLA Bruins (1-4) on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at Spartan Stadium.
UCLA came into last Saturday’s showdown with No. 7 Penn State still searching for their first win of the season. Despite being pegged as three-touchdown underdogs, the Bruins pulled off a stunning 42-35 upset, marking the first victory over a top-ten team under interim head coach Tom Skipper and their first since 2010.
Michigan State started the year hot, rattling off a 3-0 record, but the Spartans have stumbled recently, dropping back-to-back Big Ten matchups. Their latest setback came on the road against Nebraska, where they fell 38-27, signaling a rocky stretch as conference play intensifies.
