The Gamecocks will also look to fill the void left by departing forwards B.J. Mack (13.6 PPG) and Josh Gray (3.2 PPG). To address these losses, Paris recruited graduate forward Nick Pringle from Alabama and sophomore forward Jordan Butler, who made 13 starts at Missouri last year. Pringle was a crucial part of Alabama's Final Four team in 2024, with a breakout performance in the Elite Eight against Clemson, where he posted 16 points and 11 rebounds. With Alabama, he averaged 6.8 points and 5.1 rebounds per game.
