The winger has now missed three Madrid games - a win against Getafe and defeats against Liverpool and Athletic Club.</p>

<p>However, Vinicius has returned to training already and it has been said that the Brazilian could return for the upcoming clash against Girona. Ancelotti has confirmed that Vinicius is ready to return but not this weekend. Meanwhile, defender David Alaba will have to wait until next year before he is back in action.</p>

<p>Speaking to the media, Ancelotti said: "Seeing Vinicius is good news, he has recovered very well. He won't be ready for tomorrow, but he will be ready for the Champions League. Alaba has helped us a lot in training, but he needs another month. He will be back in January. The deadline for him is next year."</p>
